“The fields are plenty but the laborers are few”

Television and Radio have been short lives, some years back one of the Sisters worked with Hispanic Telecommunications, a network sponsored by the Oblates of Mary Immaculate.  It was a short two years but a wealth of education and a wonderful experience.  With Catholic Radio and TV becoming widely spread nationally, the Sisters had an opportunity to join a team on catholic radio Guadalupe they focus on interviews of religious orders and their positions in the community and church.

The Immaculate Heart of Mary Bookstore and Giftshop was born from the desire to fulfill our founders wish that we dedicate ourselves to spreading the Word of God not only through our chatecatical experiences with all peoples but through all means of media, a very challenging area that has a lot to offer.

Another of our founder’s dream, was that we be great writers.  Several of the Sisters have had some experience in this field, though not in great volumes, but wonderful small publications.
